🦐 Boiling Dutch shrimps
- 1 kilo fresh Dutch shrimps
- Salt or seawater
Rinse the shrimps with cold water to get rid of possible sand and other dirt.
Fill a pan with seawater or drinking water and add salt to taste.
Bring the water to boil.
When the water is boiling you add the shrimp and let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain the water, let the shrimp cool down and peel them.
